All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Kashmir Essences ships to addresses within India and worldwide. However, please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or DPO addresses.
We are proud to offer international shipping to most countries across the globe. Our export-ready products, such as Kashmiri Saffron, Shilajit, Honey, and Dry Fruits, are carefully packaged to ensure freshness and safety during international transit.
International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs regulations, and courier availability. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
All international shipments include a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status online.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
Kashmir Essences is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. You may also contact us for assistance, and we’ll help coordinate with the courier service.
Once your order is shipped, you can track it using the tracking link sent to your registered email address. For any shipping or delivery-related queries, please contact our support team.
Kashmir Essences is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
